How we handle website enquiries.
Marilyn Apartments collects only the information needed to respond to an enquiry and manage the resulting conversation.
Rental-appraisal enquiries
The rental-appraisal form is provided by Kit. Information entered in that form is sent directly to Kit so Marilyn Apartments can respond to the request. This static website does not keep a separate database of the submitted name, contact details, property address, or message.
Please do not include tenant information, identity documents, financial information, passwords, or other sensitive information in a website enquiry.
Use and retention
Enquiry information is used to respond, arrange an appraisal, and discuss relevant Marilyn Apartments services. It is retained in the approved provider workflow only for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes and applicable record-keeping obligations.
Tenant information
Tenant applications, identity documents, financial information, referees, and screening information will not be collected by this brochure site. Any future application handoff must use an approved property-management workflow.
Analytics and external links
This website does not currently load a separate analytics service. The Kit form and external resources are operated by their respective providers and may process basic technical information needed to deliver their services.
