Fees
Simple headline pricing.
The management fee is 8.5% + GST, with$45 + GST per inspection.
There is no separate letting fee and no separate Marilyn fee for coordinating maintenance. Contractor, material, repair, and other third-party costs remain payable as agreed.
The management agreement will define the calculation basis, inspection arrangements, inclusions, authority limits, and complete terms before service begins.
